The next Rochester Movie Makers Membership Meeting is Thursday, September 25th at The Brighton Memorial Library 2300 Elmwood Ave in the Learning Center starting at 6:30pm.

The Rochester Movie Makers Summer Video Challenge Update. There are several film teams working on the winners of the Rochester Movie Makers Screenwriting Challenge earlier this year. Most of the projects are being edited but there may be some rough cuts to see and a late production or two that you can be involved with.
The Rochester Movie Makers Whats Cool about Rochester Campaign-this winter Teams of Rochester Movie Makers members will be scripting, casting and shooting short films about Rochester and the cool part of living here when it’s cold.
Nominate and elect a Treasurer for Rochester Movie Makers. Wayne Coughlin has agreed to serve. Wayne has been serving as Education Chair.
The Rochester Movie Makers Re-Gifting Party. Last year RMM held the December meeting 2 days after Christmas and members brought gifts they received to re-gift to another member. Shall we do it again?
Rochester Movie Makers now accepts Paypal contributions online at www.rochestermoviemakers.org.

All Membership Meetings start at 6:30 PM; Brighton Public Library, 2300 Elmwood Ave and are open to anyone interested in learning more about or supporting local film makers.
The RMM Executive Board meets at Spot Coffee, East Ave at 6pm 10/9, 11/6 and 12/4. You are welcome to attend. Attending regularly will help you meet and get to know other local film makers.

Rochester Movie Makers is an organization of upcoming film makers, actors, camera persons, screenwriters and others in the Rochester area. RMM members volunteer help making each other’s movies and become familiar with other film/video makers in the Rochester area.
RMM is a NY State non profit educational organization designed to help new film makers network and bring short and feature films to reality. Registration is free at www.rochestermoviemakers.org
RMM meetings are a combination of education and networking. Meetings run approximately 90 minutes. There is a business session to start, discussion of current film projects in the area, networking time and learning session.
